Fabergé-style Egg Pendants are designed using egg shells such as quail, rhea, ostrich, goose and emu eggs to name a few that have been reinforced, light to the feel and fine to the touch. Hand painted, gold leafed and/or adorned with Swarovski® crystals and gold gilded jewelry findings in a one-of-a-kind treasure that was artistically and meticulously hand-finished and crafted in the style by Carl Fabergé who was once the official jeweler to the Tsars and Tsarinas of Russia.
These stunning egg pendants captures the splendor and opulence of the Imperial Court. The Egg shell pieces have been transformed into pins, pendants and necklaces that are designed with a more contemporary flair. All are one-of-a-kind designs and are hand crafted by artisan, Luanne White.
Chains are optional: Golden nugget Perma-gold chains are available from 18″ to 27″. All Perma-gold chains are guaranteed not to tarnish for-100 years! For price inquiries call 770-913-0400

Thanks!
I am an egger and I have just enjoyed your beautiful work
Hi,
Yes, spray three light coats of satin finish gloss on the egg. After each coat dry’s, sray the other two. You can find them at michaels. They will say non-yellowing.
Hope this helps.
Luanne
Try hot glue.
I JUST DROPPED AN EGG FROM MY EGG TREE. IT BROKE . IF I SLICE THE FRONT OFF IT WOULD BE A BEAUTIFUL PENDANT. I CAN’T FIGURE OUT THE BEST WAY TO FINISH THE BACK SO ITS COOL, NON SCRATCHY TO THE SKIN,. WAS GOING TO USE VELOUR, BUT SHOULD I LEAVE THE BACK HOLLOW?
I NEED ADVICE

DOROTHY
Dorothy,
draw the shape of the egg onto card board. Cut that out and cover with gold metalic material. Mix epoxy to coat the inside of the egg for strength. Glue the oval to the oval of the egg-should be exact footprint. Polyeurithane the back of the covered oval so it will harden. cover seams with gold cording and chain or whatever your preference. Allow a place to put your hangar for the chain to your pendant. Or you might want to make a broach from it and put magnets on it. Hope this helps. Kind regards,
Luanne, the eggstravagant egg artist.
THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE KIND HELP. DO YOU EVER BACK THE PIECES WITH FELT , SUEDE OR OTHER APPROPRIATE MATERAL?
THANKS AGAINDOROTHY
There is a kit at Hobby Lobby with inks. the set with everything runs a hundred dollars or more. It is at a friend’s house. I will have to look it up to get the name. some of it has hand strokes to add to the feel.
Regards,
Luanne
To reinforce the egg, try epoxy or hot glue.
